Emerge.MD to be Showcased at the American Telemedicine Association Conference (April 2011)

The goal of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) is to promote professional, ethical and equitable improvement in health care delivery through telecommunications and information technology. To align with this mission, Emerge.MD will promote two innovative telemedicine solutions: OnePlace and Consult Accelerator.

OnePlace is a virtual medical clinic that goes beyond conventional telemedicine to replicate online all aspects of a brick-and-mortar clinic. It expands care delivery beyond in-person encounters, offering workflow aware collaborative care any place, any time on any internet enabled device.

Consult Accelerator allows institutions to manage their inbound referral network online by providing a referral application to community physicians to ease the process of patient referrals.
